One kind of workout machine that allows you to do more than one kind of exercise on it is the Bowflex Power Pro. It is easy to use and would get you that total whole body workout. It allows you to do various exercises on your abdomen, arms, legs, and buttocks as well. For abdominal exercises for example, you can do reverse crunches, resisted reverse crunches, and seated abdominal crunches.

Before using the Bowflex Power Pro, ask an instructor to help you with operating the machine (if you are using the gym) or read the user's manual (if you have purchased one for your home for private use). This is very important so you would know how to properly and efficiently operate the machine and also so you won't get into accidents or injuries when using it.

In here though, we will identify the basic steps in using a Bowflex Power Pro. But be sure to read or ask more about the details on using this equipment. As a first step, place some resistance on the power rods. These rods are located just behind the bench. Place on top of the power rods some weights to give that desired resistance. After which, you should hook the cable to the power rod. You can place one or many power rods onto the cable. This cable is attached to a pulley to the hand grip that is near the bench.

Then, you have to position the Power Pro's bench that is convenient for you to do the exercise. You can adjust it either in a flat or inclined position. Using the grips, pull the weights down using your hand or foot. You can also attach the leg extension at the bottom of the machine in front of the bench.
